   1.  All purchases made on NLab (nlab.com.my) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non- exchangeable.
   2. Please inspect your order(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
   3. In the event that you receive a damaged/defective item(s), you may return or exchange the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 7 business days upon received.
   4. We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange. 
   5. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase. Then NLab will perform an investigation on the defective and damaged item(s) before we approve of any return, exchange or refund.
   6. Returned shipping cost will be borne by the customers. Customers will be required to arrange their own shipping as well.

2. Refund
   1. Refund will not be processed should the good(s) return is incomplete or not in its original condition, or:
      1. The supply of good(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
      2. The supply of good(s) which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
   2. If your return is accepted, we will send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Malaysia, shipping your good(s) may take longer than expected.
   3. We do not hold responsible for good(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Refund will not be processed should the good(s) returned is incomplete or not in its original condition.
   4. Damage or defective issue requested shall not be valid after 14 days upon order delivered.
   5. The confirmation process will take around 3 to 5 business days upon receive of the returned package. Confirmation of refund will be notified via NLab official email address – [email protected].
   6. After the confirmation, the fund will automatically refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember to allow some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

1. About Stock
   Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock holdings on our website, however from time-to-time there may be stock discrepancies and we will be unable to fulfil your orders at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products for you, and will contact you if you would prefer to wait for our restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer to proceed for a refund.
2. Shipping Cost
   1. Non-members cannot proceed with payment in NLab. 
   2. Shipping charges for N-nation members are calculated as follows:
      1. For West Malaysia members: Free shipping
      2. For East Malaysia members: RM10 shipping fee (U/P RM20 for shipping)
      3. International Members: Free shipping are ONLY AVAILABLE on purchases of two or more items.
      4. Orders are shipped from 8:30am to 6:00pm (MYT) from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
      5. We understand you would love to receive your order(s) as soon as possible. Hence, we will do our very best to process and dispatch your order(s). In order to ensure that your order(s) can be delivered on time, please ensure that the delivery address and contact information (phone number and email address) that you provide are accurate. If the information is incorrect, your order(s) may not be delivered to your location on time.
      6. When there is a “delivery failure” condition during the delivery process, we will try to make the second delivery attempt to the delivery address you have specified and you will be responsible for the shipping fee of RM10.00. If this delivery also fails, your order(s) will be returned to NLab and will be considered as cancellation of order(s).
3. Terms of Delivery
   1. Transit Time Domestically
      In general, domestic shipments are in transit within 5 – 14 days.
   2. Transit time Internationally
      Generally, order(s) shipped internationally are in transit within 7 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier provider you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimation when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
   3. Dispatch Time
      Please note that once your order(s) are placed, please allow 3-5 working days for parcel preparation. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 7 days, please get in touch with our customer service team at [email protected] 
      
      Once parcel preparation is done and you have received an email notification with your tracking number, please allow 2 weeks for your order(s) to get to you. Do note that there may be issues or delay with delivery due to high volumes of shopping during peak sales seasons and during the public holiday season. 
      
      Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays (which the warehouse will be closed). In these instances, we will take steps to ensure shipment delays and kept to a minimum.
   4. Change of Delivery Address
      For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the delivery address at any time before the order(s) has been dispatched.
   5. Items Out of Stock
      If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item(s) to be available before dispatching your order. Existing item(s) in the order will be reserved while we await this item(s).
   6. Delivery Time Exceeded

4. Tracking Notifications
   Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link in your email, which you will be able to follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. Products Damaged in Transit

6. Duties & Taxes Sales Tax
   1. Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the good(s) as displayed on the website.
   2. Import Duties & Taxes
      Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid by you at the same time as the order payment and all shipments will arrive at the destination without any additional charges.
7.  Cancellations
